Lena Martens was the daughter of Ewart Martens and Anna de Vries.
Lena married Hermann Heins (or Heinz). Hermann was a sexton and Lena worked at a church. They lived in Oldenburg.
Their son died tragically in an automobile accident at the age of 16.
